The new adaptations of the Louis Vuitton Speedy bag, as seen by the Artistic Director of the Men's collections, Pharrell Williams, evoke the attitude and mentality of Canal Street, in Lower Manhattan, New York. An everyday icon, designed for all levels of life and imbued with real-life sensitivity, the new Speedy P9 takes up the trapezoidal lines of the original Speedy, but is sheathed in supple grained calfskin, lined with the finest lamb's leather. Its softened construction allows the bottom of the bag to sag and drape, as it would with daily wear and tear.

The screen-printed Monogram induces a blurred, artisanal and almost hand- painted effect, rendered in several colors, in nine dimensions.

Some collector's versions will appeal to the wealthiest fans in search of a unique piece like this Millionaire Speedy, in yellow, at a million dollars all round.
