DS 9: Symbol of French know-how

Symbol of French know-how, the DS 9 has been revealed.

A new sedan created to offer technological excellence, exceptional comfort and unrivaled refinement.

The silhouette is very modern and full of finesse for a fairly imposing size, with a length of 4.93 m. In terms of details, the Clous de Paris sabre finish, the DS CORNETS or the flush handles give the vehicle a very successful design. DS designer Thierry Metroz has taken over certain codes from the original 1955 DS, notably with flashing indicators housed in the lights.

The interior is distinguished by its unique creations: Clous de Paris guillochage, controls set with crystal, B.R.M R180 watch, and pearl stitching. As on the DS7 Crossback, this DS9 will have rechargeable hybrid technology, but it will be available in France in three versions.

The most powerful will have 360 horsepower combined with four-wheel drive, while the two other versions will have a choice of 250 horsepower or 225 horsepower combined with 2-wheel drive.

The manufacturer announces up to 50 kilometers of range in zero emission mode, and a top speed of 135 km / h without spending a single drop of fuel. A 100% thermal version should also be available with a 225 horsepower petrol engine. Citroen fans take note....
