Мишелиний хоёр одот LOiseau Blanc

It's a restaurant with two Michelin stars that celebrates the anniversary of an event etched in history...

The restaurant LOiseau Blanc celebrates the 95th anniversary of the flight of the plane of the same name... The restaurant LOiseau Blanc pays tribute to the history of this legendary biplane, in which pilots François Coli and Charles Nungesser attempted the first crossing of the Atlantic Ocean from Paris to New York on May 8, 1927 but which mysteriously disappeared.

The restaurant LOiseau Blanc on the sixth floor of The Peninsula Paris hotel awaits its guests for an exclusive evening, with a six-stop tasting menu, inspired by the ingredients and products that the two pilots had embarked with during this journey.

The privileged few who have reserved their place will taste caviar and smoked eel; sardine and frozen rhubarb; Atlantic bluefin tuna; beef and blue lobster; green banana refreshed with nutmeg and Nungesser chocolate…

This dinner will be run by the LOiseau Blanc teams, guided by the Chef with two macaroons David Bizet and accompanied by the Head Sommelier Florent Martin. All in the presence of Mr. Bernard Decré, president of the association "A la recherche de LOiseau Blanc".
