At the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort, Marcel Ravin, Michelin-starred chef at the Blue Bay restaurant offers: Spaghetti with Mandja oil, Chapon, black truffle and Maracuja and for dessert, the Black Diamond, which gives you a glimpse of some delicious spices. You should know that Marcel Ravin is one of the most talented chefs of his generation, with a Michelin star and an innovative style.

Benoit Witz, one of the leading figures of fine cuisine in the Principality and the Michelin-starred Chef of the ELSA * restaurant at the Monte-Carlo Beach, will introduce you to a Wellington beef tenderloin and for dessert, a clementine ingot, and orange caramel. The chef runs the kitchens of the first 100% organic restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star.

 

 

 

Franck Cerutti, Michelin-starred chef at Le Grill * restaurant at the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo, unveils a Rossini-style fillet of beef mashed with black truffle.
