Tigermilk family is expanding in Paris.
Tigermilk, the small restaurant chain that is opening locations and putting everyone in a good mood!
With two restaurants already in Paris and one in Brussels, the Tigermilk family is expanding in the French capital, with a new location dedicated to South American cuisine. At the crossroads of Faubourg Montmartre and rue des Martyrs, this fantasized hacienda, as colorful as it is comfortable, bears the name of the famous marinade made from lime juice, red onions and spices.
For this fourth Tigermilk, the team once again called on renowned interior designer Christie Ward, who is responsible for the Soho House hotels and who created the previous three establishments. She was inspired here by Mexican haciendas to imagine a decor that is both exotic and neat.
The atmosphere is joyful, festive, and the dishes allow the taste buds to travel, while taking liberties with the classics of Latin America, and while exploring the flavours of Mexico for real inspiration. The menu is intentionally short, but the recipes are dressed to the nines, revised to suit European palates, with a house twist.
Savory tacos, tangy ceviche, cheesy quesadilla or beef ribs to share are accompanied by delicious cocktails.
All with fresh ingredients and quality products: free-range chicken and pork, MSC fish from sustainable fishing from the French coast, and Black Angus beef.
Plates that invite sharing and celebration, with their quirky names, such as Pablo Escobowl or Rolling in the dips ...
