Our strengths i would say are our location we are exactly in the center of Valletta making it very easy and for our guests to access all the areas in Valletta.

We have very nice rooftop terrace OverGrain offering very nice views of the surrounding area and it's a great place where our guests can unwind after a busy day exploring the city.

UnderGrain is our one star Michelin restaurant our chef Victor Borch blends a mediterranean type of cuisine with french influences.

The design of UnderGrain and the concept of UnderGrain the grain actually refers to to our clothes material in the 17th and 18th century around Valletta and particularly our street there were a lot of gentlemen's ateliers tailors hence we wanted to pay homage to the historical element of our surroundings and bring in that element of history into design and the concept of UnderGrain.
