In December 2018, the Hotel Plaza Nice closed its doors for renovation. Four years later, the iconic establishment, which is part of the Covivio Hotel group, the leader in hotel real estate investment in Europe, is back on the scene under the name "Anantara Plaza Nice", with the Minor group as the hotel's operator. A complete reconstruction was carried out to register the hotel among the most prestigious addresses in the 5 star category.
