This long-awaited collection imagined by creative director Alessandro Michele appears in a new campaign. Initially presented during the Exquisite Gucci fashion show, the first adidas x Gucci collection is growing while remaining faithful to its creative concept: the attachment to the three stripes. This multi-faceted selection conforms to the kaleidoscopic aesthetic of Alessandro Michele by associating the codes of the House and those of the historic sports brand – those of haute couture and streetwear.

For its launch, Alessandro Michele imagined a campaign that is directly inspired by an adidas archive catalog from 1979.

Throughout the selection, the GG monogram and interlocking Gs are paired with the adidas Trefoil in colorful prints and on jacquard fabrics. Gucci's red and green web stripes complement adidas' three stripes. Certain ready-to-wear pieces echo the sports outfits of recent decades.

With innovation, progress, sustainability and collective action as credo, the collection includes several pieces made from materials of the future, including polyester, cotton and viscose. In addition, each item comes in special packaging designed to reduce its environmental impact.
