Grand Banks 60 for long distance cruising

Ideal for long distance cruising, here’s the Grand Banks 60, that’s innovative in terms of its look, performance and construction techniques.

With a total length of 19.90 metres and 5.85 metres wide, this yacht is full of composite materials, notably carbon fibre for the hull to offer more solidity and lightness to the boat. Generous volumes, wooden detailing and storage space, the Grand Banks 60 has everything to cruise for several days with eight people aboard.

On the main deck, we find a large bright square room adorned with large bay windows and a fully equipped kitchen. On the lower deck is the owner’s cabin located in the centre of the boat with a large dressing room and floor to ceiling mirrors; same for the guest cabins. As for the exterior, it offers a large flybridge with a large L shaped couch, a dining table, an outdoor kitchen and even a large sunbathing deck. The Skylounge option is also available.

The two Volvo Penta D13 800 horsepower engines allows this yacht to reach a maximum speed of 31 knots and a cruising speed of 25 knots. As an option, two Volvo Penta IPS1200 engines of 900 horsepower each can be fitted, thus increasing the maximum speed to 36 knots. As for the range, at a speed of 10 knots, it can attain 2,000- 2,500 nautical miles.

Three layouts are also proposed, according to the desires of its owner.
