Cool Blue Villa, a crystalline residence on the Marbella coast.

Designed by architect firm Jasper Polak & Silke Roerig, this private house dreamt up by 123DV Modern Villas spreads over some 620 m2. And while the challenge was large, since the owner dreamed of a seaside villa surrounded by water, the feat was accomplished brilliantly! Water reflects everywhere, the glass pool is very surprising, as is the canal that surrounds the residence and the organic materials used.

The interior is also surprising. The open kitchen is very graphic with its angular central island and large windows that increase the light and transparency effects in the main living space. The natural finish materials bring modernism and authenticity; as for the decor, while it is original, it nonetheless remains elegant and minimalist.

An avant-garde house with the soft air of a seaside villa...

Black brings a few nice contrasting touches in the villa whether on a wall panel, a TV stand, or a wall unit in the living room. Contrasts are also found in the bathroom where black and white complement each other.

The Cool Blue villa offers a total surprise and a visual show on the terrace installed on its roof, a clear view over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding mountains. And when night falls, the villa is revealed in a more cozy atmosphere.
