Dinara Kasko and her spectacular culinary creations!
Dinara Kasko is a Ukrainian pastry chef whose work could be considered as edible architecture. Originally from the Ukraine, Dinara is a graduate of the Kharkov University of Architecture and uses her experience in 3D modelling to create pastries with complex forms that break all the classic rules.
With precise geometric forms and unique and refined textures, the young 27 year old pastry chef who creates desserts and innovative pastries, each as unique as they are gourmet, continues to experiment with new techniques.
Incredible culinary creations each as appetising as the next!
Dinara Kasko finds her inspiration in architecture and geometry but also nature; then she starts to build a model on her computer until she is satisfied with the result. Then, she simply uses a 3D FDM printer to obtain the form of the cake that will be used to create a food-grade silicone mould, allowing her to obtain these interesting forms.
Among her deliciously complex culinary creations, we discover the Bubbles cake, a unique dessert made of several layers of guava, mango, meringue, and genoise, with everything coiled in a bubble shaped white chocolate shell. Geometric Desserts is another creation from the Ukrainian artist. The chocolate genoise is filled with a mousse and passion fruit jelly and has a surface that looks like concrete.
